Calibration:

NIST traceable calibrations compatible with ISO9000 requirements.

Installation:

Expert instrumentation installation and installation supervision for new projects as well as control system upgrades.

Commissioning/Start-up:

On-site operational checks, “point-to-point” verifications, troubleshooting, debugging and control optimization of the process loops.

Troubleshooting:

Expert troubleshooting of pneumatic and electronic instrumentation and control systems including process computers, PLCs and DCSs.

Design:

Design services include control panels, loop diagrams, interconnection diagrams and hardware configurations.

Loop Tuning:

Adjustment of PID parameters for all types of automatic control loops with the goal of optimizing controller performance.

Systems Documentation:

Documentation of processes and associated instrumentation.  Documentation includes such items as instrumentation specifications, P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams and interconnection drawings

Instrumentation Training:

“Real world” training programs for all facets of instrumentation designed for operations, engineering and maintenance personnel.  Programs include off-site and on-site classes.  Skills development sessions provide comprehensive “hands-on” experience with installed systems at customer’s site.
